Joanne Stead joined the LALC in July 2023. She brings over 15 years’ experience as a project officer working in Aboriginal communities across the NENW. Her skills include building partnerships, and designing and implementing cross-sector projects and strategies. She is an accomplished writer and facilitator who supports the Tamworth LALC to fulfil its charter through grant writing, report writing, community projects management and events facilitation.’
